The Survival Distributions Page allows you to define and view the survival distributions of your model. Survival distributions are variables that can be referenced in formulas throughout your model. Each survival distribution has the following properties:
Property | Description |
Name |
The name by which the survival distribution can be referenced in formula. Names are case sensitive, must start with a letter, contain only letters numbers and underscores, and may have a maximum of 20 characters. Note: changing the name of a survival distribution will not change any existing references to this survival distribution in formulas, these references will need to be changed independently.
|
Description | A brief description of the survival distribution. May have maximum of 50 characters. |
Category | The category that this distribution falls under (e.g. PFS, OS, etc.). Survival distributions can be grouped by category using the 'View' menu. |
Formula | A short R-expression which determines the value of the survival distribution. Survival distribution formulas should use hēRo3's built-in survival functions. Formulas are always edited using the formula bar. |
Source | A brief description of the source of the survival distribution. Any URLs contained within the source will be automatically formatted as hyperlinks. |
